I don't know the details, just thought it was lame the way he dealt with it by yelling at my friend over the phone and demanding his bike back. He also owes my friend the mone he paid for the Ventana triangle.

Yeah the Nemesis Project was overrated. The chainstays were way too long and it was very heavy. Plus I understand that the guy who runs the company is an a*shole.
